Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Mortgage Banking Officer to
facilitate needs-based selling of mortgage and consumer lending
products.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales, service quality, and productivity goals on
both inbound and outbound calls
Handle inquiries from clients and prospects regarding mortgage and
consumer loans via phone and internet
Serve as the main point of contact for all loans from application
to closing for clients
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in a loan origination and/or sales and
service environment
Comprehensive understanding of all consumer lending products
Able to multitask and endure high levels of stress
Experience in structuring loans creatively
