Job Description:

A company is looking for a HIM Coding Review Manager, Coder Trainer Auditor (CTA).

Key Responsibilities

Review provider documentation and validate diagnosis selection
Correct diagnosis selection based on documentation in the review tool
Develop and provide high-quality in-service and seminar on coding-related topics

Required Qualifications

Certification in Professional Coding (CPC, CCS, or RHIA/RHIT)
3-5 years of professional fee review/auditing experience
5 years of professional fee coding experience
Knowledge of EPIC systems
Understanding of state/federal regulations impacting coding and reimbursement
