A company is looking for a Freelance News Writer for morning and
weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and pitch trending news stories that meet audience and
traffic goals
Monitor story performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy
as needed
Write clean copy quickly and self-publish content when
necessary
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced digital
environment, preferably in entertainment/pop culture news
Experience in reporting original news, interviewing, and
sourcing
Knowledge of digital content best practices, SEO, and audience
development tactics
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
