Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing
(E-commerce).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy,
including retention and promotional campaigns
Create engagement strategies for new customers and optimize
audience segmentation for targeted communications
Design and execute campaigns to drive repeat purchases, customer
loyalty, and re-engagement of lapsed customers
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing,
or CRM roles
Hands-on experience with ESPs and analytics tools
Strong skills in segmentation and performance tracking
Ability to execute high-level strategies in a fast-paced
environment
Deep understanding of the customer journey and retention
strategies
