Job Description:
A company is looking for an Elastic Observability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and tune monitoring tools for proactive management of
customer environments
Document processes and standard operating procedures across the
managed services team
Automate operational tasks and provide third-level support and
troubleshooting assistance
Required Qualifications
BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry
experience
Experience with Elastic Observability Platform and LogicMonitor
Platform
3+ years administrating an enterprise environment with 24x7x365
uptime requirements
Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Perl, or
Python
Industry technical certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, or
CCNA
