Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Address escalated customer problems quickly and accurately
Ensure follow-up communication to confirm resolution of customer issues
Meet/exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

Experience handling customer issues with excellent de-escalation skills
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and work environments
