A company is looking for a VP of Business Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the Analytics, Quality Assurance, and Training
departments
Set and drive execution of strategic initiatives aligned with
corporate goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to solicit feedback and improve
departmental outputs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance,
or a related field
10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on
performance optimization
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring management teams
Strong project management skills with experience leading
cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities
