Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Transaction Management -
Lender Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with new and existing Lender Finance
customers
Support negotiations and review documentation prepared by outside
counsel
Prepare underwriting for new opportunities and manage due diligence
for existing deals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related
field
Completion of formal credit training
7+ years of direct asset-backed finance underwriting experience
Experience with financial modeling
MBA preferred
