A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor customer health and usage trends, proactively addressing
adoption challenges
Advise merchants on best practices to optimize their experience and
recommend appropriate channels and services
Provide ongoing training sessions and product demonstrations,
ensuring customers understand the value of the services offered
Required Qualifications
1 year of eCommerce experience - preferred
Analytical mind capable of converting metrics into actionable
items
Experience generating add-on sales revenue - preferred but not
required
High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree - preferred but not
required
