A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 Account Executives
to maximize subscription-based ARR
Define and execute the optimal sales process in collaboration with
other sales leaders
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with
various teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing a field sales team in a high-growth
B2B SaaS environment
Proven success in managing sales of iPaaS solutions to new
customers
Experience engaging with a partner ecosystem to enhance customer
value
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce or
high-growth SaaS companies is a plus
