Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a
high-performance local inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management of the inside sales
team
Implement sales strategies and manage revenue and expense
budgets
Develop client relationships and coach sales staff to meet sales
goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Business, Marketing, Public
Relations, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of Sales Leadership experience, preferably in
digital advertising sales
Proven record of leading a goal-oriented sales team in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to build and manage a B2B sales organization
Strong time management and organizational skills
