A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering - Developer
Platform (CI/CD).
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize projects across stakeholders to enhance CI and CD
impact
Foster relationships with partner teams and stakeholders,
establishing working agreements
Coach and mentor the team to support their growth and
performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a full-time manager
Experience supporting and coaching Staff+ and Senior engineers
Experience managing a remote or distributed team
Familiarity with best practices for Developer Productivity and
CI/CD
