A company is looking for a Project Manager, Voucher
Processing.
Key Responsibilities
Process ZESBI Vouchers for a $500M program, managing over 1,000
school bus and infrastructure vouchers
Edit and complete the ZESBI Voucher Processing Handbook
Develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key
performance indicators (KPIs) while identifying process
improvements
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in business administration, finance,
accounting, environmental science, or data entry
1-3 years of experience working with multiple stakeholder groups on
joint projects
1-2 years as an initiative owner, self-directing work and tasks
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proficiency in program management tools including Microsoft Office
Suite
