Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Lead,
National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members
and handle escalated calls
Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and
appointment scheduling
Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, and first call
resolution
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of customer service experience or office setting
experience using phone and computer
9+ months of previous call center experience
Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate complex
software
