Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Training Specialist to
develop and implement training programs in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain department training and competency
plans
Create and deliver training materials and sessions for new hires
and ongoing staff development
Oversee clinical in-service opportunities and maintain an
educational calendar
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid license required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
Knowledge of utilization management and/or appeals and grievances
practices highly desirable
Experience in professional education, staff development, or
training environment highly desirable
