Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide
managed payroll administration services and Workday payroll
processing support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a named Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll
Administrative customers while supporting other payroll, tax, and
garnishment customers
Manage daily cases to ensure service level agreements and high
client satisfaction are met
Configure Workday pay components and support year-end processes,
including troubleshooting audit reports
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or higher preferred
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) required; CPP preferred
3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and
troubleshooting
3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and
Excel
