Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Analytics Solutions Lead to
oversee HR data engineering and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the People Analytics Solutions strategy and
roadmap
Lead the implementation of new analytics solutions and establish
visualization standards
Manage strategic partnerships and serve as a technical advisor for
complex data analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or
data analytics
5+ years of experience in leading data transformation in the People
Analytics/HR domain
Strong expertise in modern data platforms, particularly
Databricks
Experience with HR data governance and compliance requirements
Degree with a quantitative focus or in Human Resources is
preferred
