Order Operations Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Order Operations Specialist responsible for processing independent contracts and managing user subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

Review sales contracts and invoices for accuracy and alignment with terms
Setup and configure new user accounts and manage account changes
Assist with non-revenue generating activities and ensure operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent experience preferred
3-4 years of experience in contract operations or a related field required
