Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Steward responsible for
overseeing dining room operations, cabin cleaning, and food service
tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins and train other
stewards
Manage food service tasks including setting up, taking orders, and
serving meals
Ensure cleanliness in the galley and assist in food preparation
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, housekeeping, or hotel
industry
Minimum three months experience as a steward or equivalent
Supervisory experience and/or training
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification and valid USCG Medical
Card
STCW Basic Safety Training and other relevant maritime
certifications
