Job Description:
A company is looking for a LTC Active Specialist to manage
long-term care claims and provide consultative support to
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from insured individuals and representatives
regarding long-term claim administration
Analyze and interpret claims information to provide consultative
support and recommendations
Document claim information accurately and collaborate with care
providers for necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
Healthcare background preferred
Previous experience with insurance claims desirable
Eager to learn about the long-term care claims process and open to
constructive feedback
Able to understand medical records and terminology
