Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Team Lead to inspire
and guide customer service representatives while ensuring
operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives and
specialists to deliver high-quality customer service
Monitor team performance against service level agreements and
implement improvements as needed
Serve as the escalation point for complex inquiries and ensure
compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
5+ years of experience in a contact center environment within the
insurance or financial services industry
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong understanding of life insurance products and transaction
processing
Proficiency in contact center technologies and workflow tools
