This is a full-time position paying $17 - $20 hourly, with opportunities for bonus compensation for outstanding performance.--Health Insurance and Life Insurance is also included after a probationary period.

Responsibilities:
--- Identify and pursue prospective clients from leads generated by firm marketing activities and move them through the sales pipeline via follow up calls, emails, or other forms of communication
--- Qualify prospective clients quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, their goals, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
--- Schedule in-person sales appointments and follow up on prospect's requests for information
--- Maintain notes in the contact database on all leads
--- Assist the Marketing Team to find new business opportunities in the Norman, OK geographic area
--- Assist the Marketing Team in creating social media and digital marketing content
--- Assist the Marketing Team in meeting or surpassing the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
--- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met

Qualifications:
--- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
--- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
--- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
--- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
