Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subcontracts Specialist to lead full
life cycle subcontract management activities for Federal Civilian
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements
Create RFP solicitations and develop prime contract flow down
documents
Administer subcontracts and resolve issues related to subcontract
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with
2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years
of relevant experience
Must be a US Citizen
Experience in subcontracting services and negotiation
Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and FAA AMS compliance requirements
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment
