Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer success by understanding requirements and offering
consulting services
Collaborate with account teams to develop and deliver security
strategies and cloud solutions
Participate in training and projects to improve methodology and
service quality
Required Qualifications
2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related
field or equivalent
Experience in a customer-facing role within the information
technology industry
Familiarity with security technology, processes, and concepts
Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques
Some knowledge of web development, IT systems, or security
practices
