Job Description:
A company is looking for an Epic Welcome Application Analyst
II.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain the Epic Welcome module and assist in
implementing new features
Collaborate with teams to analyze workflows and recommend
improvements for patient check-in processes
Provide end-user support and training, troubleshoot issues, and
ensure system integration with other Epic modules
Qualifications
Epic Welcome Certification or ability to achieve certification
within 90 days
Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or related
field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Epic applications or similar
EHR systems
Experience in patient-facing technologies and knowledge of
healthcare workflows
Previous experience with Epic Cadence or MyChart modules is
preferred
