Identify CPA firms seeking mergers, acquisitions, or strategic
partnerships
Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to ensure
successful deal execution
Build and maintain relationships with CPA firm owners and strategic
buyers
Required Qualifications
Proven M&A expertise with a successful track record in deal
sourcing and execution
Established network within the CPA industry
Experience in client relationship management
Self-motivated and results-driven
