Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Lead to oversee the
Production coordinator team and enhance team productivity in a
remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with new hire onboarding and training for the Production
coordinator team
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Production
coordinator team
Monitor communications via Slack and Zendesk for timely issue
resolution
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience at a Court Reporting agency
5+ years of experience in customer support
Highly organized with strong critical thinking abilities
Experience in maintaining a hospitality mindset and providing
high-quality customer service
Ability to escalate issues to management as needed
