A company is looking for a Human Resources Consulting Director
to lead HR transformation initiatives and enhance employee
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team of HR
Consultants
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance manager
capability and support HR programs
Resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance
with HR policies and practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 9+ years of experience in human resources or
business programs/processes, OR
Master's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in human resources or
business programs/processes, OR
Equivalent experience
3+ years of people management experience
