Job Description:
A company is looking for an eLearning Production Manager to
oversee the development, delivery, and optimization of eLearning
products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the production team to define product requirements
and execute release plans
Create and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring all
milestones are met
Gather feedback and conduct market research to refine product
strategy and inform pricing decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Learning and Development, Education,
or equivalent experience
Proven experience in product management within the eLearning or
education technology space
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting
deadlines
Proficiency in market research and financial planning for product
launches
