Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workplace Solutions Business Analyst
Director to lead complex technology initiatives focused on client
implementations and data conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise IT project teams to ensure results meet customer
expectations and adhere to internal standards
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify customer
requirements and recommend solutions
Develop and manage business plans and budgets for technology
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Finance, or a related field
Ten years of experience in IT applications development or
technology implementation
Demonstrated success in project management and execution of large
technology projects
Experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of Workplace Recordkeeping systems and OMNI Recordkeeping
