Key Responsibilities
Managing a team of 5 or more new business representatives
Providing real-time feedback and identifying enablement
opportunities for sellers
Assisting the team with complex, high-value deals and facilitating
brainstorming sessions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales leadership experience and 8+ years of total sales
experience in new business
Proven track record of team quota overachievement with clear
metrics
Experience selling to various personas within organizations
Ability to work deals strategically while driving urgency
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to engage directly with
the sales team
