REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Seeking an experienced underwriter knowledgeable in Non-Habitational Property lines who possesses expertise related to solutions for complex properties to join the underwriting team.

Complex Commercial Non-Habitational Property Risks:

*** Manufacturing Buildings & Equipment

*** Boiler

*** Mechanical Breakdown

*** Industrial

*** Retail Malls

*** Hospitals

*** Power Plants

*** Warehouse

*** Laboratories

*** Office Buildings

*** Petroleum & Mining

*** Petrochemical

*** Refineries

*** Utilities

*** Solar Farms

Shall:

*** Market to wholesale brokers to secure new and renewal business.

*** Review submissions, terms and conditions, statement of values, loss history and catastrophic modeling and conduct appropriate research to determine the degree of risk for each account.

*** Determine quote or declination of risk.

*** Calculate rates and premium charges.

*** Develop and modify policy wording in accordance with delegated underwriting authority when the standard forms are not appropriate.

*** Cross-sell afforded products and services.

*** Promote offered products to current and prospective contacts through interactions with insureds and brokers.
